“ Gaggia Classic 2023 Model I made a Zoom call to Caffe Shop Ltd after noticing some flakes emanating from the non stick coating from the boiler. A pick up of the machine was promptly organised and the boiler was replaced and the machine returned to me in 7 working days. This was all covered under warranty. The customer service and efficiency were beyond expectations. Not only can you buy from Caffe Shop Ltd knowing that you are getting an excellent coffee machine, you can also be sure that the warranty and service support are real and not just words. “ I’ve dealt with Gaggia Direct twice now when my Brera bean to cup machine has had issues. The first time Raj expertly took me through diagnostics via Zoom and was able to advised that our grinder needed to be replaced, which they’ve now done. Fast forward two years and again my machine was not dispensing coffee, again I had 2 Zoom meetings and, with their help, we successfully got our machine working. It would have been easy for them to say “you need to buy a new one”, but they told me it should last 20:years, so helped me to get it going. This was all FREE. A fantastic service. I highly recommend them to you. 5 Stars! ”
